We realize that auto
body repair is not a discretionary purchase and most
people who patronize a body shop aren’t there because they want to be.
In spite of the difficult circumstances we would like to make your experience
as positive as possible. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. Lovetts has
continued to grow over the last 18 years because satisfied customers have
referred family and friends and they have returned as repeat customers when
they need subsequent auto
body repairs.
Each customer is given a comment card when they pick up their vehicle.
We ask how you would rate our workmanship and service and we ask if you
were treated courteously and would you recommend Lovetts. We
also ask for additional comments. We value your opinion and want to improve
